Coaching can be more accessible within a business if it is conducted in a group setting. Groups consist of up to 6 people, with a Practical Voodoo coach facilitating the sessions initially. Typically after 6 sessions the group begins to operate independently, with guidance and supervision available.
The group coaching method is a highly effective and engaging form of development that is far more impactful than traditional college courses. Groups can be structured around the Happiness theme, or more general life and work coaching.
