Yep. Weird? Not for us. It means we care about people, and we see the good and positive in them. We have compassion for people, and we reflect that in our interactions.
Doing the right thing, all the time, even when nobody is looking. It drives our commitment to the people we work with. It drives confidentiality.
People have it within them to make positive changes. There may be many barriers, but the capability is there and we can help people use it.
We think it's possible to create a world in which people can live true to their values, for an organisation whose values they know and believe in.
Like love, the desire for human happiness unites us all. Whatever makes you happy, sustainably, is good for you. Happy organisations are high performing organisations.
